The Apparition of the Immaculate Conception in Lourdes, France (1858)
"The Glory of the Olive." Such was the title given to the last Roman Pontiff in the end-times period in "The Prophecies of St. Malachy" (while the last Roman Pontiff before the consummation will have the title "Petrus Romanus"). The Benedictines were traditionally known as the Olivetans, St. Benedict is their glory. "Benedict," the name chosen by Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger after his election to be the successor of Pope John Paul II ("De Labore Solis" in The Prophecies of St. Malachy) to the Chair of Saint Peter.
Our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, announced this morning before a Consistory his resignation, effective end of this month, as Bishop of Rome, Successor of Saint Peter, being "no longer suited to an adequate exercise of the Petrine ministry" and this is "due to an advanced age."
What will be the fate of the Holy Father? He wishes to "serve the Holy Church of God... through a life dedicated to prayer."
A life of prayer can not be authentically the Christian life if it were not to lead the soul to the heights of Calvary. A life of prayer must mean the life of Christ... and Him Crucified (2 Cor. 2.20) - a life of conformity to the mind and heart of God: conformity to the will of God, to His loving and saving designs.
In the partial version of the Third Part of the Great Secret of Fatima released by the Vatican in 2000, the Pope, the so-called "Bishop in white" was seen to be leaving "the big city in half ruins" to go "up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big Cross of rough hewn-trunks." Before he reached the top of the mountain, he would meet on the way corpses. And "having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big Cross he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him...." This corresponds to the vision Pope St. Pius X received while he was giving audience to members of the Franciscan Order in 1909: "What I have seen is terrifying!” he cried out. “Will I be the one, or will it be a successor? What is certain is that the Pope will leave Rome and, in leaving the Vatican, he will have to pass over the dead bodies of his priests! I have seen one of my successors, of the same name [the name of Pope St. Pius X was Giuseppe in the original Italian: "Joseph" in English - the name of Pope Benedict XVI is Joseph Ratzinger], who was fleeing over the bodies of his brethren. He will take refuge in some hiding place; but after a brief respite, he will die a cruel death...."
Why a cruel death? Fr. Gruner of the Fatima Crusade had an interesting note, in his Fatima Challenge Conference of 2010, on Pope Benedict XVI as that "Bishop in white" referred to in the Vatican's "Third Secret of Fatima": the Holy Father, though he is not the Roman Pontiff to fulfill the Consecration of Russia* to the Immaculate Heart of Our Blessed Mother [it will be his successor], will FINALLY disclose the entire Third Part of the Great Secret of Fatima (cf., "The Great Secret of Fatima") - having read it himself - as originally communicated by the Apocalyptic Woman to Sr. Mary Lucia of the Immaculate Heart, C.D. in 1917, written down in 1943 upon a formal order issued by the Bishop of Leiria, handed over to the Bishop by the Archbishop of Gurza in 1944, finally transmitted to Rome in 1957 by the Papal Nuncio to Lisbon (only to be kept in the safe of Pope Pius XII until his death in 1958), and read in 1959 by Pope John XXIII who refused to disclose it in 1960 (cf., "Our Lady and the New Orientation in Rome") - contrary to what was desired by Her who was the Great Sign in Heaven (Apoc. 12.1); thus, exposing the grand revolutionary mock scheme perpetuated by those certain men... ungodly men... secretly entered in (Jude 1.4) the House of God, up to the very sanctuary of it, to its overthrow and dissolution and heralding the triumph of the Church through the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Our Blessed Mother.

(died 30th March 1848).
The time is, that judgment should begin at the house of God....

The Lord will enter into judgment with the ancients of His people, and its princes:
for you have devoured the vineyard....
The Lord will make bald the crown of the head of the daughters of Sion...
And I will turn My hand to thee, and I will clean purge away thy dross,
and I will take away thy tin.
And I will restore... judges as they were before, and... counsellors as of old...
